Most people start with an evaluation, then pick a plan. If you only need a hand now and again, you can book one-off help instead.

We take no fees from care providers or suppliers, so the prices on this page are the only way we get paid.

An evaluation — €100

Your local driver calls to the house, meets the person you’re arranging for, shows you the smart bracelet and walks through the home with you. Your family support advisor and your odd-jobs coordinator join by video for half an hour, so anyone who can’t be there in person can still be part of it.

Afterwards you get a written proposal. The €100 comes off whatever you book next. If you book nothing, you’ve still had an honest look at what would actually help.

Keeping an eye — €150 a month

 

  • Smart bracelet: reassurance when all is well, an alert when it isn’t, and your family support advisor to explain what it means

  • A monthly call with a family support advisor
  • A monthly report on how things are going

Hands on — €350 a month

The one we’d suggest for most people.

Everything in Keeping an eye plus:

  • A driver for about four GP or hospital trips a month. They wait, come in to the appointment if wanted, and write up how it went

  • A doorstep check-in on any week the driver isn’t needed

  • Up to two odd jobs and errands arranged for you: cleaner, gardener, handyman or tech help, booked, confirmed and reported back

Full support — €450 a month

 

Everything in Hands on, plus:

  • More time with your family support advisor for the bigger decisions: home care, grants, what happens after a hospital stay

  • Up to four odd jobs and errands arranged for you

Not ready for a plan?

One-off help

Sometimes you just need one thing sorted. Book it, pay for it, and that’s the end of it.

  • A GP or hospital trip — €60 an hour. Most trips take two to three hours, door to door.

  • Odd jobs and errands — €50 an hour for us to find someone, book them and confirm it’s done.

  • An advice call — €150 an hour with a family support advisor.

One-off bookings don’t come with a named advisor or a monthly report and we can’t always promise someone at short notice. That’s the difference a plan makes.

The supplier's bill is the supplier's bill

We bill for your family support advisor, concierge and driver. For tradespeople, our price covers finding the right person, arranging the work, checking it got done and reporting back. The cleaner, gardener, handyman or carer charges for their own time, and the agreement for the work is between you and them.

The same goes for any solicitor or financial advisor we point you to. You’re their client and they bill you directly.

The ones we get asked

No long-term contract. The bracelet runs for three months minimum because of the kit involved; everything else you can stop when you like.

Then pay on demand and stop when it’s done. Plenty of families come to us for a hospital discharge or a bad winter and don’t need us after.

No. No commission, no listing fees, nothing for a recommendation. What we recommend is what we think is right.

Not for our fees — we’re a private service. But there is funding for a lot of what we’d arrange: grants towards home modifications, HSE supports, and help with the cost of care itself. Working out what you’re entitled to and how to apply for it is part of what an advisor does.

We’ll tell you straight away rather than take your money and go looking. Coverage is better in some parts of the country than others.
